Finding the sanctuary
Tulapos sits on the northeast coast of Siquijor, a few minutes from the Enrique Villanueva town centre.

- Opening hours
- Open daily, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Last snorkel entry is 4:00 PM, so the final trail returns before the hut closes.
- Location
- Barangay Tulapos, Enrique Villanueva, Siquijor, Central Visayas — on the northeast coast, about 22 km from the provincial capital.
- Getting here
- Take the circumferential road and turn at the marked crossing near the basketball court. Reachable by tricycle or habal-habal from Larena or the town proper; parking is available at the entrance hut.
- Group and school bookings
- Field trips, institutional visits and research access are arranged in advance through the sanctuary office so guides can be scheduled.

The sanctuary has been closed to fishing since 1986. These rules are what has kept it that way.
- A guide is mandatory for every snorkeller.
- Reef-safe sunscreen only — standard formulas bleach coral.
- Nothing may be collected or removed from the sanctuary.
- Do not stand on, touch or lift anything, including starfish.
- Keep three metres from sea turtles and never block their path to the surface.
